The journey from foster care to adulthood doesn’t end when foster care does. Many young adults still need a strong community-- people who can offer guidance, mentorship, and help with essentials like housing, food, or even unexpected emergencies like a flat tire or a utility bill.
In memory of a remarkable young man whose life ended far too soon, and in partnership with his longtime CASA volunteer, Sarah Doetschman we've launched the Steven William’s Memorial Fund. This fund provides critical support to foster youth as they transition into adulthood, honoring Steven’s legacy of kindness and generosity.
Steven was genuine, kindhearted, and brought light to everyone around him. Through this fund, we celebrate his life and ensure his spirit continues to inspire and uplift others.
Every donation is used to support foster youth with essentials like housing, transportation, medical care, food assistance and basic needs.
This memorial fund was created with the support of Steven’s CASA Sarah, and the blessing of his family. Together, let’s honor his memory and build a legacy of hope for foster youth.*
